About the Role:
As a VP, Product Management - Go To Market, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, packaging, and program design for our services. You will drive alignment between Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketplace Product.
You’ll be responsible for leading mission critical product development supporting Pals, Members, and our internal Operations team in support of those services. You will work closely with other product managers, product designers, engineers, UX researchers, and other company stakeholders to iterate, build, and ship usable, useful and delightful customer experiences. We are defining a new kind of care, and this position is central in shaping it.
The VP, Product Management - Go To Market will lead Papa’s GTM product team, with a focus on introducing new products and continually evaluating and improving existing service effectiveness for our clients and members. The position will report into the Chief Technology Officer.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and communicate a clear long-term product roadmap strategy to all stakeholders - one that will improve member outcomes, deliver value to healthcare clients and drive revenue.
- Facilitate the cross-functional execution of product launches, driving and maintaining alignment across teams and developing the internal and external narrative.
- Lead product teams responsible for the development of features and capabilities that maximize our impact for specific markets across all of our touchpoints.
- Regularly interact with the sales team and clients to have a direct feel for product opportunities.
- Offering thought leadership and deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly the payer market.
- Collaborate with our researchers and data scientists to identify strategies and interventions to maximize the positive impact we can have on our client’s members and thus for our clients.
- Move fast with care for our users -- build, measure and iterate rapidly
- Collaborate with finance to build financial models to shape how to cost-effectively deliver on the strategies and interventions identified as most effective
- Monitor and measure newly released product experiences and feed insights back into the product development process
- Continuously capture insights from data, customer feedback, experiments, research, and analysis to iterate on the product
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in progressively senior product leadership roles with an emphasize on post-launch and product marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare ecosystem, preferably with exposure to the payer market.
- The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of Medicare Filed Benefit Structures, and/or health plan quality initiatives.
- Experience in designing, developing and scaling technology products and working cross functionally with insights, sales, marketing and product development teams to successfully commercialize new solutions.
