As the Bilingual Supervisor of housing services you are responsible for providing leadership and oversight across the agency’s full housing continuum, including Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Rapid Rehousing case management services. This position is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and development of housing programs and case management services, ensuring that all services are delivered using a trauma-informed, evidence-based, and client-centered approach. The Supervisor of Housing oversees shelter case management staff, supports program quality and compliance, strengthens internal and external partnerships, and ensures that services effectively support survivors in achieving safety, stability, and long-term housing success.
This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to guide staff in navigating complex housing systems while maintaining high standards of service delivery and documentation.

Monday - Friday 9a, -6pm

Annual Compensation:$54,700
Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly

The Requirements We are Seeking:
Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, criminal justice, counseling, or social work required.
Master’s Degree and LMSW preferred.
Minimum of five years of case management experience in a housing program, domestic/sexual violence services, or similar social service setting. experience in a social service agency.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a leadership role, with supervision of direct reports required.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to issues of domestic and/or sexual violence, preferred.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish, able to read, speak, and write both languages fluently
Texas driver’s license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation, if applicable
What you Deliver in this role:
You will supervise housing and case management staff across the full housing continuum, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and separation.
You will provide day-to-day leadership and support to Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Rapid Rehousing Case Managers.
You will implement, coordinate, and evaluate housing and case management services to ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based, and client-centered service delivery.
You will develop, implement, and ensure compliance with agency and departmental procedures for all case management staff, interns, and volunteers.
You will create, maintain, and update procedural manuals for case management services across the housing continuum.
You will ensure accurate and timely documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping for all case management services.
You will support case managers in addressing complex client needs, removing barriers, and navigating housing and safety systems.
You will assess client needs and ensure appropriate service connections, referrals, and advocacy to support client goals and long-term stability.
You will network and collaborate with housing providers, social service agencies, and community partners, including serving as a contact for the Co
