Key responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned test vehicles, their configuration, service, and history.
  • Support hardware and software updates, including flashing and diagnosis.
  • Prepare vehicles for testing (HW/SW updates, instrumentation setup).
  • Assist with planning logistics, facilities, and resources for testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet test requirements.
  • Execute test plans in diverse settings (lab, proving grounds, public roads).
  • Collect and analyze vehicle data, reporting findings and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document test results and identify/document issues with supporting details.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for testing and fleet drives.
  • Recommend improvements to processes based on your insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive, EV, or related industry: We want someone who has a solid foundation in a relevant field, but also isn't afraid to explore new areas.
  • Master problem-solver with a hands-on approach: You thrive on tackling challenges and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty finding solutions.
  • Detail-oriented organization whiz: Juggling multiple projects and resources is no sweat for you. You keep everything on track with laser focus.
