Overview
This role provides advanced second-level support for secure remote access solutions. The position focuses on independently handling incidents and troubleshooting via remote maintenance, ensuring high service quality and compliance with security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support by analyzing and resolving incidents for remote access and VPN solutions.
• Perform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of secure network and remote access services.
• Plan, evaluate, and implement service changes in accordance with established IT service management standards.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Install and configure remote access systems while following strict security guidelines.
• Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed vocational training in an IT-related profession (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of professional IT experience.
• Certifications: Valid ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent proof of IT service management knowledge).
• Languages: German C1 and English B1 proficiency (CEFR standard).
• Successful completion of a security clearance (SÜ1) or willingness to obtain it.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service operations, including administration and support of IT and communication services.
• At least 3 years of hands-on incident management at second-level support.
• Minimum 2 years operating, administering, or troubleshooting VPN solutions (e.g., secure remote access cards).
• Minimum 2 years of Windows operating system administration.
