Team Introduction
The Physical Security System and Technology team, a key component of the Corporate Services department, is dedicated to ensuring a secure working environment for employees. We achieve this through the development and implementation of integrated, intelligent security systems, efficient operation and maintenance, and the construction of secure working areas aligned with our security strategy. Our focus is on leveraging systematic tools to enhance physical security management and protect the company's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Direct and guide the AMS physical security systems team in comprehensive development, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives and projects.
- Project Management：Deliver and maintain all the AMS physical security systems promptly with high quality via building effective communication channels and setting clear technical standards with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Risk Management: Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats. Develop and recommend tailored physical security measures and strategies to address and mitigate identified risks effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant local and national regulations governing physical security, maintaining rigorous standards and practices across all security operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing physical security systems, including access control and video surveillance, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Extensive familiarity with international regulations and standards related to physical security.
- Demonstrated ability to manage security system projects from conception through implementation, including vendor management, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and mentor teams.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work efficiently with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
- In-depth knowledge of access control systems, video surveillance technologies, and their integration with other security systems. Familiarity with the latest security technologies and trends.
- Certifications from leading access control and video surveillance technology providers (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Honeywell).
- A track record of leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to enhance physical security.
- Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and their application to physical security systems.
