About the project 
 
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the platform, ensure data integrity, and support end users. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce. 
✅ Estimate project timelines, budget, and plan implementations according to client specifications. 
✅ Ensure data quality by setting up validation rules, mandatory fields, and using tools to maintain data integrity. 
✅ Configure Salesforce solutions, including customization to fit the specific needs of the organization. 
✅ Lead the development of complex solutions using Salesforce best practices. 
✅ Conduct component design and oversee key development objectives. 
✅ Validate the system’s security model and address potential vulnerabilities. 
✅ Train end users through workshops to facilitate tool adoption. 
✅ Own the completion of objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Development Standards team. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
✨ 5+ Years of experience working in business analysis and technical implementation within Salesforce. 
✨ 4+ Years of experience working in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and user experience development
