Network Computer Systems Analyst/Data Analytics Analyst (2830)

• This position will be in support of gathering requirements, assist in setting priorities, and establishing and executing the project plans for services throughout the division to automate the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing phases of projects to provide strategic support for the overall organizational planning, performance, reporting, data analytics, tools, metrics, and best practices that can be repeatedly executed with high levels of success.
• The Contractor shall support data mining analytics rigor, tools, processes, documentation, and policy to identify, evaluate, measure efficiencies, and provide Division leadership with a sound, scientific, and quantitative basis for solving problems, analyzing alternative solutions, and making decisions.
• The Contractor shall report overall organizational planning, develop data analytics, tools, metrics, portfolios, and best practices to create specific reports with outputs in Qlik Sense (or similar dashboard platform) and/or MS Excel spreadsheets.

• Of the required ten (10) years of experience, at least four (4) years of the required experience must be in data visualization software.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects and generate analytics tools, processes, deliverables, direct execution, and collaborate with customers and staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data to provide meaningful information to various teams and stake holders within the organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to obtain Secret level clearance. 

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik).
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online (SPO).

• MS/MA in Computer Science, Applied Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics, or Electronics Engineering
• OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 6 years additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience
• OR High School Diploma plus 10 years additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
