As our Delivery Capability Manager you will be at the forefront, connecting those who protect. You will work as part of the New Product Introduction team, in close co-operation with Product Development and Research & Development Maintenance teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Acting as an interface between the product development and operative supply chain and procurement teams to ensure smooth information and knowledge transfer for new product releases 

• Organizing the delivery capability project including the plan, schedule & budget. Collecting the virtual team members from internal Operations (supply chain, sourcing, component engineering, product data management, export control) teams & manufacturing partners including:

  • Creating the delivery capability for new solutions and product releases  

  • Maintaining the volume delivery capability and implementing the requests for HW and/or SW updates/upgrades

  • Planning and implementing ramp-down activities for older products or product versions  

• Follow-up the Quality targets & KPIs agreed with the manufacturing partners and implement corrective actions together with Quality & Research & Development teams in case of deviations 

• Support the customer logistics process that requires e.g. secure key management activities

In this role, we need a seasoned Capability Delivery Manager who excels in project management in product development and maintenance environment.

To be successful for this role you should have:

• M.Sc or B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and tools development 

• Good knowledge of agile SW development methodologies 

• Good communication and networking skills

• Good and quick decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

• Readiness to travel

• Fluent English skills
