The mission of the team is to support the mobility of global talent by making opportunities available to all.  

 

Accountabilities: 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of assignment/transfer life-cycle for employees of all levels, including conducting move briefings, documentation and costings, partnering with vendors, systems and payroll. You will work with external relocation, immigration, tax and payroll advisors to ensure they are provided with the requirements of any assignments and relocations. You will focus on operational excellence and data accuracy, ensuring that Global Mobility policies and processes are followed in a consistent and compliant manner. 

 

Essential Skills/Experience: 

- Consulting mentality with strong problem-solving skills 

- Good technical knowledge of global mobility, including immigration, tax, systems and payroll 

- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures 

- Good project management skills with concern for impact and attention to detail 

- Acts with integrity and concern for standards 

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving and numeracy skills 

- Great team player with a professional and pro-active approach 

- Effective and confident communicator, verbal and written 

- Adaptable, with a flexible approach to new concepts 

- Continuous improvement mindset and approach 

 

Desirable Skills/Experience: 

- Consulting experience would be highly advantageous – either Big 4 or Immigration Practice
