Vietnamese Bilingual Administrative & Photo Editing Specialist

This is a remote position.

• Review edited real estate photos for quality and accuracy before delivery
  

• Communicate effectively with the Vietnamese photo editor to coordinate workflow and resolve missed requirements
  

• Perform final Photoshop edits and adjustments (e.g., color correction, removing distracting elements, etc.)
  

• Learn and apply specific style preferences and quality standards
  

• Upload and deliver final edited photos by noon Eastern Time
  

• Participate in initial training sessions for feedback and guidance before working independently
  

• Focused on quality control and touch-ups rather than full editing from scratch
  

• Direct collaboration with an established photo editor
  

• Specialization in real estate photography with consistent, repeatable processes
  

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
  

• Experience with photo editing, quality control, and final touch-ups
  

• Real estate photo editing experience (preferred)
  

• Ability to learn and follow specific style guidelines
  

• Excellent attention to detail
  

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (required)
  

• Experience in an admin role with a focus on graphics and photo editing.
