POSITION SUMMARY:

Clearway Health is looking for a new Pharmacist to join our team! As our Specialty Pharmacist, you will ensure impeccable operations by adhering to department policies, procedures, and guidelines. Your responsibilities include precise compounding and dispensing of prescribed pharmaceuticals, essential for enrollment and ongoing prescription adherence follow-up. Your diligence in checking each medication before dispensing ensures patient safety and treatment efficacy.
