We are seeking a Lead Financial Wellness professional to oversee the development and implementation of financial education programs and workshops.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Lead Financial Wellness: $ 120,000.00

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

 

Lead Financial Wellness Responsibilities Include: 

• Oversee financial education programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Financial Wellness Educators.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss program delivery and client needs.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality financial education sessions.
• Monitor and assess program delivery and client satisfaction.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Lead Financial Wellness Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in financial education and wellness programs.
• Leadership and mentorship experience.
• Excellent communication and program evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
