Product Design (UX/UI) Lead

Vendelux (https://vendelux.com/) is building a system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights and data that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built a product that customers describe as an “event marketer’s dream” and are backed with venture capital funding and top-tier clients.

We are now hiring a Product Design (UX/UI) Lead to help us create a more user-friendly, polished platform for Event Marketers.

Product Design (UX/UI) Lead role is a full-time position ideally based in or near NYC. We will consider US-based remote candidates too (preferably located on the East Coast). This role reports to our Head of Product & Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customer, their needs and improve their user experience

• Own the design and UX of new and existing features, from wireframes to prototypes and full mocks

• Take ideas and turn them into actionable design docs

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product roadmap and feature development

• Be an important part of our multinational, agile software development team

• Implement high-quality solutions across multiple components of our platform

• Continuously update and improve our product offering

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience building SaaS web applications

• Can create wireframes, user flows and designs in Figma or related tools

• Familiarity with WCAG standards for accessibility

• Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others

• Likes a fast paced startup environment and is a quick learner

• Results-driven and can prioritize activities with the greatest impact

• Working knowledge of English

Salary: Depends on experience, expertise, and location. Will start at $125k in NYC.
