Photo Studio Coordinator (Full-time Seasonal)

The Photo Studio Coordinator supports the photo studio in the production of card photography and video. The Coordinator should have excellent writing ability to draft product requests, track product availability, and schedule the retrieval and return of product. This position will also assist with essential photography operations in the studio. The ideal candidate will bring strong written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, organization, and experience with commercial photography tools like Capture One and Adobe Photoshop to excel in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and manufacturing teams to process and manage requests for photography.
- Translate marketing input into clear, actionable requests.
- Monitor progress and ensure requests are completed within deadline.
- Retrieve and return collectible items to the photo studio, daily.
- Provide consistent and clear communication to all involved parties to ensure a smooth workflow
Photo Studio Assistance:
- Support the Photo Studio Manager with data entry, scheduling, and organization of daily shoot deliverables.
- Aid in post-processing tasks, including image editing, photo retouching and image processing.
- Upload and organize files in the studio’s digital asset management system.
- Assist with maintaining an efficient workflow during studio shoots as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in product coordination, photography, or a similar role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Detail-Oriented: Precise and accurate handling of data and requests.
- Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills for data-heavy tasks.
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture 1 Pro is required. Knowledge of Airtable, Microsoft Word and Excel is also encouraged.
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to interface with internal department employees at all levels.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or other related discipline encouraged.
- Previous experience in a photo studio or creative production environment.
- Knowledge of photography workflows and digital asset management.
