Future Co-Founder / CPO for a MVPF Venture - Logistics

Now, we are looking for an exceptional Co-Founder (f/m/d) as CPO or CTO to join on building a venture in the field of warehouse tender management. 

Tender management is key to over 90% of all logistic partnerships and you'll have the chance and unique opportunity to shape a future in which these partnership profit from deeper knowledge about their own data and intelligent, automated decision making. Your solution will drive efficiency, foster collaboration and raise the bar of quality for complex tender processes. We are convinced that the future of logistics tenders should be based on state-of-the-art technologies instead of Excel sheets and Email threads.

The Role:

• In the first 2-3 months you will work with our Venture Partners  together as a “Founder in Residence” on a pre-validated business opportunity and create a solution for it. 
• If we come up with a validated business model that we mutually are excited about, we will provide €300,000 pre-seed capital for YOUR company
• As Co-Founder you are then part of the founding team and you will be responsible for shaping the future of the company
• You will build the company from scratch: Set up all operations, hire and lead a kick-ass team, and develop the business activities. Everything that needs to be done to win the market
• As entrepreneurs you are fully responsible for the business and hold most of the venture’s equity
• You own the brand, the product, team, strategy etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it

Das bringst du mit

• You have gained profound (5+ years) work experience within building & leading product and/or engineering teams e.g. as a Head/Director of Product/CPO OR  Head/Director of Engineering/CTO within a fast paced Startup setting.
• You can steer the product strategy, design and vision of a B2B SaaS product and have a good technical understanding of the development process
• You have strong expertise in product development (frontend & backend) which enables you to envision the technology strategy and define the tech stack
• You have expertise in AI in applying LLMs to analyze & create documents would be a plus
• You need high-drive and ambition, persistency, passion and willingness to win
• You’re a bright mind and approach your work in a very precise but yet pragmatic manner
• You've an entrepreneurial mindset, high drive and ambitious work ethic coupled with passion and a willingness to succeed.
• You are very experienced in conducting user research, analyzing data, and using those insights to continuously improve the product's design and usability
• You understand the fundamentals of VC funding - direct involvement in fundraising is a plus, but not a must
  Knowledge or experience in the logistics industry is a plus, but not a must
• You've prior knowledge & experience in the logistics industry and/or procurement and tender management. This would be a welcome plus, but isn't a must.
