Finance Business Partner (Latam Export Cluster)

The Finance Business Partner, support to commercial areas on figures analysis as Product contribution, trade investment & pricing, advertising investment analysis, promotion assignment. Will be in charge of Price and Cost’s analysis assuring a high level of accuracy.

Will be in charge of the analysis of the volume of the company to be use during Forecast process, will collaborate with Demand to achieve the Inventory targets (Level and Forecast accuracy).

The mains day by day contacts are: Share Services (accounting, GMS, P&F and C&C), Consumer (Marketing and Selling). Will collaborate on the budget and planning and Forecasting Projects.

Work closely with regional office to support in variances vs Planning and forecast.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Closing: G2N accruals, Price Volumen Analysis,   
• Gross Margin Analysis: Cost Variances analysis, Profit Release Review, Cost Volumen Analysis.          
• Preparación y análisis de reportes de resultados financieros y presentarlo a FBP y gerentes senior.    
•  Compartir la información financiera a los gerentes de area de manera apropiada, correcta y oportuna           
• Interactuar con los Hub de Planning & Forecasting así como de Closing & Control basados en Costa Rica para poder asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros.      
• Revisar las cifras reportadas, explicación de variaciones de cuentas más relevantes y medición de indicadores que afecten a la toma de decisiones (G2N, Gross Margin, Operating Profit).  
• Brindar apoyo al negocio a través de la preparación y determinación de los objetivos estratégicos y tácticos. Adicionalmente, analizar las desviaciones de dichos objetivos.
• Monitorear, evaluar y reportar el desempeño financiero del mercado en comparación al Plan y Estimados mensuales, incluyendo Capital de Trabajo.
• Apoyar la la integración financiera con el negocio.      
• Enfoque proactivo para el manejo de los riesgos. Anticipar los riesgos claves del negocio y desarrollar un plan de mitigación apropiado en coordinación con FBP y Gerente General.           
• Liderar cambios para la estandarización y simplificación de los procesos.         
• Apoyar y cumplir con los requerimientos de QMS.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Minimum of 5 years in finance areas (business partnering or budget)
• Certified Public Accountant, Business Administration or Engineer.
• Knowledge of financial procedures and systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of IFRS
• High level of accuracy required.
• Advanced level English proficiency.
• Knowledge in SAP or related ERP systems.
• Knowledge in computer packages: MS Office (Intermediate) / Excel (advanced).
• Analytical skills; Capable of develop finance tasks with minimum supervision
• Great communication skills and Teamwork
• Capable of influence in taking decision process.
• Strong assertive communication, storytelling, and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and knowledge.
