IN A NUTSHELL…

The Retail Operations & Training Manager is a key leader supporting the performance, consistency, and capability of our Massachusetts and Texas retail stores. This role acts as the bridge between our Market teams and our centralized Operations, Systems, and Business Partners.

The manager partners with Retail Operational Partners and Human Resources stakeholders to build, coordinate, and deliver market-specific, needs-based operational programs and training. Success in this role can be measured by whether our teams have the skills, clarity, tools, and support needed to do their jobs exceptionally — and whether our stores operate with consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

This role owns the rollout and adoption of operational systems, workflows, new feature launches, and process improvements, ensuring changes are well-communicated, well-trained, and successfully implemented in stores.
