Field Property Claims Manager

What you’d be doing:

• Leading a team of Field Property Claims Adjusters that conduct onsite coverage and damages assessments of personal and commercial lines property losses, to include the writing of detailed and accurate damage estimates.
• Building a team that prides itself on a responsive, first class customer experience.
• Responsible for team performance management, administration, training, development, and coaching.
• Analyzing problematic trends and taking action to avoid recurrence.
• Promoting a culture committed to identifying process efficiencies.
• Ensuring claims meet or exceed quality and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively participating in employee recruitment

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of property claims field experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive estimating experience in Mobile Claims/Symbility
• Strong organizational, planning, delegation problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience using major data analytics platforms
• Advanced knowledge of construction and repair methodologies
• Holds or meets requirements for licensing
• Ability to travel frequently, conduct ride-alongs and field inspections

Highly preferred candidates also have:

• Catastrophe claim handling, leadership, or coordination experience
• Strong process development and analytical skills
• Vendor management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Professional designations
