Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education, or Psychology, is preferred
• At least three years of experience in training design and facilitation is required, along with supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Office is required
• A valid Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required
• Travel between Albany, Schoharie, and Fulton counties is required
