You’ll need:

• Minimum of 48 college credit hours or 1+ year(s) working with children 
  • Classroom experience may compensate for education requirements
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Works collaboratively and is open to observation and critical feedback. 
• Unwavering belief that a college education is possible for all children, and a commitment to developing a school-wide culture that fosters a productive, enthusiastic learning environment.
