Carwash Maintenance/Install Technician

Flagstop Car Wash is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Install Technician to join our team. The Maintenance/Install Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities across multiple Flagstop Car Wash locations are maintained in optimal working condition. This position requires a hands-on, proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing car wash machinery and equipment. The technician will also be required to be on-call for emergencies and respond promptly to service requests across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on car wash machinery, including pumps, conveyors, and electrical systems.
• Equipment Installation: May need to travel in state/out of state for new location equipment installs and startup
• Repairs: Handle emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for all car wash locations to avoid breakdowns.
• Facilities Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment rooms, tools, and workspaces.
• Multi-Location Management: Travel to and manage the maintenance needs of multiple Flagstop Car Wash locations, ensuring consistent service and equipment reliability.
• On-Call Duty: Respond to on-call emergencies as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to address urgent repair needs.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors for specialized repairs and order replacement parts when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and preventative maintenance tasks.
