Project Manager

At GreenStone Farm Credit Services, we're seeking an individual interested in joining a dynamic team and be a part of a company that values innovation, collaboration and excellence. A successful Project Manager combines a broad range of technical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Communication, leadership, and problem-solving are key soft skills, while time management, risk management, and budgeting are critical technical skills. Together, these abilities ensure that a PM can navigate the complexities of projects, leading teams and stakeholders to successful outcomes.

 

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with a required 3 days in the East Lansing, MI office.

What You’ll Do:

 

Project Management

• Facilitate project-related meetings and discussions.
• Develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Assemble and guide teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Track project progress, create detailed reports, and analyze outcomes.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all deliverab
