Senior QA Engineer - Hospitality Business Intelligence

<p>Job Title</p>Senior QA Engineer - Hospitality Business Intelligence<p></p><p>As Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key member of the Hospitality Business Intelligence R&amp;D delivery team. Working predominantly in an Agile environment, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met to the right quality standards.</p><p></p><p></p><h1>Your main responsibilities</h1><p>Implement test strategy</p><ul><li>Create, review, maintain and perform all functional tests</li><li>Define test cases from customer’s requirements and ensure traceability with specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with Product Managers and other stake holders for the assessment of requirements and create functional tests which cover the functionality</li><li>Foresee/forecast risks, gaps and impact</li><li>Be part of regression team and work on execution of tests using the test frameworks, monitor the test results and perform reporting for execution</li><li>Write test plan (functional and/or non-functional and/or non-regression).</li><li>Ensure improvement of non-regression test repository in the Change Request plan.</li></ul><p></p><p>Design and perform tests</p><ul><li>Design and develop test cases and scripts, as needed.</li><li>Prepare test environment, test data, and execute test cases.</li><li>Give go/no-go for the customer’s test campaign.</li><li>Be responsible for the project, product, or release quality control.</li></ul><p></p><p>Fix Problem Tracking Records </p><ul><li>Provide information to developers to fix defects</li><li>Check PTR fix and give go/no-go for the load of Production PTRs</li><li>Document software defects.</li></ul><p></p><p>Communicate and coordinate </p><ul><li>Interface and communicate with the stakeholders</li><li>Ensure delivery without gaps</li><li>Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing across different departments and stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>About our ideal candidate</h1><ul><li>7+ years of experience working as Quality Assurance Engineer in SaaS model.</li><li>Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.</li><li>Hands on experience in different types of functional testing, API testing, data driven testing, using SQL for data validation.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification, a plus.</li><li>Good to have: <br/>       o Exposure to automation testing using Selenium<br/>       o Exposure to programming language such as Java, JavaScript</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>Working at Amadeus, you will find</h1><p>🎯 A critical mission and purpose - At Amadeus, you will be powering the future of travel and pursuing a critical mission and extraordinary purpose.</p><p>🌎 A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.</p><p>🎓 Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.</p><p>🤗 A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
