POSITION SUMMARY:
The Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a physician.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• CMA certification from an accredited program, required
• Phlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program, required
• BLS/CPR certification, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Composure in fast paced, high pressure environments
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail oriented
• Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday 8:15am-4:45pm
Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
