Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for whole home generator systems.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or energy sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to understand technical specifications related to generator systems.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and home energy solutions is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
