Position Summary
Quality control Analyst are the link between our clients and the Gas leak survey field crews. Analysts are responsible for the processing and analysis of all field-collected data. Analysts use this data in conjunction with geographic information systems and a variety of other resources to make a number of qualitative decisions, primarily regarding data accuracy, integrity and risk assessment. Additionally, analysts oversee data input and database management, prepare field inspection work for billing and accurately assign billing rates, and provide support to field operations. This role will report to the Senior Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities

Review, verify and approve all paper maps submitted by Gas Leak survey techs

Utilize web maps to review, verify and approve all work completed by Gas Leak survey techs.

Utilize FTP for accessing and uploading files as necessary

Handle Mobile frame for tracking all work in and out of the office

Proactively report any issues observed with Gas Leak survey techs to the LSDM
-
Responsible for correcting all applicable errors made by Gas Leak survey techs by proxy
-
First, Second and Third review of all submitted work

Maintaining special projects as distributed by PSE
-
Monitoring Compliance due dates and reporting any issues observed to the LSDM
-
Utilize Red mine for reporting data issues found with import processes
-
Contribute to process improvement sessions
Job Qualifications and Skills:
-
Previous experience as a Quality Control Analyst preferred

Gas Leak Survey Field experience preferred not required

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Position requires regularly standing or sitting for extended periods

Ability to complete applicable reports, records, and related administrative tasks, via a computer/tablet and software

Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically Excel

Knowledge of ArcGIS preferred not required

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written communications
