About the Role: Central Moloney is seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will support various manufacturing processes and contribute to the efficient operation of our facility. Your dedication and commitment to safety will be crucial in maintaining a productive work environment as we continue to deliver top-quality transformers and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing process by performing various tasks, such as material handling, assembly, and packaging.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate hand tools and machinery as needed, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with workplace policies.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Basic math skills for measurements and counting inventory.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
• Shift timing: Monday – Friday, with possible overtime based on production needs.
• PPE must be worn as required in the manufacturing environment.

Schedule Information:

We operate across two shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Please note:

• Current openings are for 2nd shift.
• All new hires begin training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift upon successful completion of training.
• Overtime may be required, including starting before 7:00 AM (for 1st shift) or working past midnight (for 2nd shift).
• Shifts are subject to change based on business needs.

We’re looking for candidates with open availability and the ability to commit to their assigned schedule, including flexibility for training and potential overtime.

Physical and Environmental Requirements 

• Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
• Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
• PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
• Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
• Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
• Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
