Importance: You help make sure our patients are receiving the best care possible, through their experience, education and the overall quality of their care. You are the first and last impression of each visit and have a vital role in making a big impact each time we see a patient.

Your site: You will be working with passionate people with multiple levels of experience. This includes clinical and non-clinical staff.

A Day in the life

On any given day at First Choice Dental, you can expect to encounter the following:

• Checking in and out a variety of patients to be seen by the clinical staff
• Verifying, updating and correcting patient information.
• Examples: Insurance, personal and health information
• Assist patients in scheduling any follow up visits they may need
• Reviewing their estimate, scheduling appropriately.
• Helping break down any barriers patients might have stopping them from getting treatment done.
• Always looking ahead in the schedule and being prepared
• Examples: Confirming appointments, filling available appointment slots
• Communicating with team members constantly and continuously throughout the day
• A fun paced environment that’s always a little different!
