· The pay rate for these positions range between $16.00 – 18.00 per hour based on experience

All Security Positions are Full Time - All SHIFTS AVAILABLE - every opening requires one weekend shift. 

Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Security Officer – 

Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.

• Entry Level and Experienced Positions available, full and part time

Securitas Floater Program

• Ever thought about being a Doordasher or Uber driver because you can choose when you want to work and when you don’t?  That is what the Securitas Floater Program is!  Open shifts will be sent out each week, and you get to choose which shifts and sites you’d like to work.  Pay varies from $16-$18 depending on the site you choose work.  You can work as little as 4 hours a week or over 40.  It is all up to you!  We just require you to work at least 1 shift per month. Available shifts are mainly 2nd, 3rd, and weekends. 

 

Securitas Flex Program

• Our Flex program is the opposite of the Floater Program.  This is a special group of officers who are available all days, all shifts and are ready to be deployed at any time.  Being on this elite team means you get to train at many sites and learn the leadership skills and experience to become our next Account Manager or Supervisor.  This position requires you to be able to work over 40 hours on any day and any time knowing that each week will be different.  The benefit? Better pay ($18-$19/hour), lots of hours, and promotional opportunities!

 

Management Opportunities

• We are currently hiring for...
  • 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisors starting at $19/hour (full and part-time)
  • Shift and Split Leads starting at $17/hour

All openings require:
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
