About this opportunity

Welcome to the RCS Income FI and Tax reclaim team. We add value by providing our Customers high quality of the services under handling of Income Payments such as Dividend, Interest and Redemptions. As the Assistant/Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in executing income payments for entitled Scandinavian clients on domestic and global markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executing income payments for Scandinavian clients investing on domestic and global markets
  • Investigating and resolving unclear positions with other parties/teams
  • Daily reconciliation of payments
  • Servicing common mailbox
  • Maintaining clear balances on cash accounts
  • Taking part in various projects (relating processes or team areas)
  • Building professional relations with Stakeholders, Custodians, CSD
  • Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer's businesses

Your experience and background: 

  • Fluent level of spoken and written English
  • A university degree in finance, banking, mathematics or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
