Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for our Blended Care clinical programs to help drive the long-term growth strategy for our provider network. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and analytical thinker who excels at breaking down ambiguous problems, producing data-driven recommendations, and leading implementation of solutions. This person is energized by tackling hard problems, a dynamic work environment, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care. 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor Blended Care provider network metrics to effectively report on performance and inform strategy recommendations to executive audiences
  • Partner cross-functionally across Lyra (Ex. Provider Marketing, Recruiting, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Data Science teams) to help track progress against network goals and identify areas for improvement
  • Explore and define key drivers of client / provider booking dynamics; Build and maintain reporting to inform actions and longer-term strategy
  • Support other special projects and analysis to inform longer-term growth strategy across Blended Care clinical programs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience with analytics, account management, digital health operations, provider operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and proactive; able to multitask and apply structure and make decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets a must)  
  • Able to distill and communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics using large data sets
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
