<h2>Overview</h2> <p>The <strong>Nurse Practitioner Palliative CPOM </strong>facilitates palliative care for Gentiva Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment.
