We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Director of Security Americas, to provide effective security support and guidance while providing oversight to the Americas region.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in Health, Safety and Education Management.

Key responsibilities

The Director of Security Americas Region will be responsible for providing effective security support and guidance while providing oversight to the Region. The Director will work closely with regional management to ensure security compliance with the respective regulators and across all Menzies Aviation business units within the Region. The Menzies Aviation Security Management System (SeMS) is fundamental to the ongoing improvement of security and the success of the company. The Director will be required to assure full implementation of SeMS at all levels of the business, drive standardization of best security practice, foster continuous improvement, and optimize the security performance within the Region.

Director of Security Americas

Reports to: SVP Risk Americas

Location: America headquarters in Grapevine, Texas | DFW                        

Overview

The Director reports to and works closely with the SVP Risk for the Americas Region (Region).  The post holder will be responsible for providing effective security support and guidance while providing oversight to the Region. The Director will work closely with regional management to ensure security compliance with the respective regulators and across all Menzies Aviation business units within the Region. The Menzies Aviation Security Management System (SeMS) is fundamental to the ongoing improvement of security and the success of the company. The Director will be required to assure full implementation of SeMS at all levels of the business, drive standardisation of best security practice, foster continuous improvement, and optimise the security performance within the Region.
