Field Service Supervisor

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join our growing team.

 

The Opportunity

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing onsite management of service jobs requiring multiple technicians or special needs. You will also train the field personnel to operate safely, effectively, professionally, and efficiently along with coordinating and developing all Field Service Technicians. You will report directly to the Field Services Manager.

What You Will Do

• Report product, personnel, and construction issues.
• Delegate field service practices.
• Report customer feedback.
• Follow JELD-WEN policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain written product and process SOP’s.
• Maintain all safety compliance and testing equipment records.
• Report daily field activities to the Field Service Manager.

 

Who You Are

• Weekly travel with overnights and over-time is a requirement with this position, along with flexible working hours.
• High School Diploma or HSED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license as well as a clean driving record.
• 5 years field service technician experience (or experience in the same or similar industry is a plus.)
• The ability to lift 50-75 lbs., climb, lift, pull; and safety perform tasks on a ladder, scaffolding, or other raised devices.
• Knowledge of window and door installation and repair practices (required) and JELD-WEN products (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Be dependable, self-motivator, the ability to problem solve and contribute to building a positive team environment.
• Ability to motivate others, with excellent leadership and multitasking skills.

Expected pay for this role is between $67,500.00 to $112,500.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.​
