• Prioritize and maintain production schedules.
• Ensure on-time completion for each department's kanban cards.
• Monitor and track kanbans through multiple work cells
• Managing pull systems within established constraints
• Navigate work cell boards for proper distribution by daily deadline
• Work with resource groups to ensure:
  • Material availability (Materials and Inventory Control)
  • Standard production flow (Engineering)
  • On time delivery (Operations)
• Navigate AX for card production
• Actively participate in MDI (Manage for Daily Improvement)
  • Updating metrics and pareto
  • Problem Solving when daily goals not met
• Assist operations in assigning labor according to production schedules
• Produce reports daily
• Summarize critical data
• Effectively communicate to leadership and operations for actions
  • Emails
  • Meeting
  • One on one conversations
• Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma.
• Responsible for maintaining regular communication with interrelated departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum Experience: 1-3 years in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Access, and AX.
• Basic problem-solving capabilities and mathematical skills.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions, manage multiple deadlines, troubleshoot daily issues, and communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of operations and pull systems.
• In addition, you ideally bring a high level of responsibility because the safety and productivity of your team reflects on your ability to lead, but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
