If you are a results-oriented PPC professional with a passion for driving digital success while thriving in a fun and fast-paced work culture, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company’s growth.</p><p></p><p>This role is a full-time remote position.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> <li>Proven experience of 5+ years successfully managing Amazon PPC campaigns and paid advertising.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.</li> <li>Expertise in Amazon Seller Central.</li> <li>Proficient in data analysis.</li> <li>Prior experience managing large budgets ($1m/month+).</li> <li>Prior experience managing large catalogs (2k SKUs+).</li> <li>Strong understanding of KPIs and online marketing.</li> <li>Must be available to work full-time (9 am – 5 pm EST – or similar).</li> <li>Availability to meet the team when needed.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Amazon Advertising Certifications.</li> <li>Prior experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns or advertising on other platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest.</li> <li>Prior experience managing multiple brands and marketplaces.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and implement Amazon PPC strategies to achieve sales and ROI goals.</li> <li>Manage and optimize large advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and proper spending allocation.</li> <li>Scale and manage a significant number of campaigns, covering multiple product lines.</li> <li>Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.</li> <li>Continuously build and scale new campaigns with converting keywords.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and Amazon advertising best practices.</li> <li>Build and test new ad types.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.</li> <li>Provide regular reports and performance updates to executive leadership.</li> <li>Manage a team of PPC specialists.</li> <li>Assist in developing and maintaining a budget that promotes healthy profit margins.</li> <li>Maintain goal ACOS, TACOS, Total Sales, PPC Sales, ROAS &amp; Organic Sales.</li> <li>Research and conduct deep dives into underperforming areas to scale and maintain outlier product lines.</li> <li>Develop and maintain advertising reporting.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Paid Holidays (will vary depending on country of residence)</li> <li>Paid Time Off </li> <li>Location independent/fully remote role.</li> <li>Be part of a team that has a lot of freedom for people to be left to their own devices and perform great work.</li> <li>Potential to grow a team.</li> </ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>This Position Is Perfect For You If…</strong></p><p><em><strong>You’re an Analytical and Detailed-Oriented Problem Solver.</strong></em></p><p>Possesses robust analytical skills with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
