You will report directly to </span><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/kati-huelsenbeck-4b814492/"><span><span>Kati</span><span>,</span></span></a><span> our VP People &amp; Relations, as your people manager. </span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>With 16 professionals in People &amp; Relations located in Berlin and Hamburg, we support the company through three different teams: Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Business Partnering. We aim to provide top-notch services, scalable concepts, and frameworks. We are key sparring partners, fostering a positive and appreciative culture. </span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>As a Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to People Managers within your designated business unit, while also leading key projects in your area of expertise, particularly around compensation an</span><span>d benefits. This would include strategic, conceptual, and project work. For example, designing a pay structure as well as conceptualizing and leading our annual compensation cycles.</span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>We are currently in an exciting phase of transformation, working closely with collaborating entities toward a shared goal: scalable, safe, and customer-centric autonomous mobility. Among others, this </span><span>journey also includes harmonizing People &amp; Organization practices and leveraging the strengths of those organizations to accelerate the path toward making autonomous driving a reality. This environment offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of work in a dynamic, evolving context.</span><span> </span></span></p> <h2><span><strong>What you will do</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>You are a strategic partner to your assigned Business Unit Leadership team, providing insights on relevant concepts, strategies, and solutions.  </span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You drive and implement programs, initiatives, and solutions in your assigned area, collaborating closely with our people managers to support their daily leadership responsibilities and our organizational growth needs.</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will lead the strategic development and execution of compensation frameworks. This includes benchmarking, designing equitable pay structures, managing salary review cycles, and advising leadership on total rewards strategy.</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You understand the needs of your business areas in terms of organizational design, workforce plan</span><span>ning, succession planning, performance management, and capability assessment. You navigate a diverse stakeholder landscape, balancing strategic priorities with operational realities, and establish strong connections with all relevant stakeholders to drive the business's future scale and growth.  </span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>As a change agent, you comprehend and communicate the relevant perspectives of change, guiding the process to ensure its optimal outcome.  </span><span> </span></span></li> </ul> <h2><span><strong>What will help you to fulfill your role </strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>You have several years of relevant work experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role.</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You gained relevant work experience with compensation structures and processes in corporate or larger tech environments.</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span>You are genuinely interested in people and are able to step into different roles, such as a sparring partner, advisor, or coach, finding solutions for individuals and the organization to support their growth. </span></li> <li><span><span>You drive new frameworks, processes, and projects, aligning with senior leadership and securing buy-in to bring your ideas to life.</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You like working in a fast-paced environment, on greenfield projects and can derive strategic people goals from business targets. </span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>You enjoy cross-functional collaboration, as well
