This role is perfect for clinicians seeking flexibility, strong team support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across two respected long-term care communities.

 

Needs:

• Full-Time: Split between Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, and 

• Part-Time: Options available at either St. Teresa or Mt. Carmel

• PRN: Flexible coverage across both communities

Locations: Mt. Carmel & St. Teresa  – Manchester, NHSetting: Long-Term CarePay Range: $45–$53/hr, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Treatment and Education: Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery, prevent injuries, and offer guidance on home routines and lifestyle changes.
