Job Title
New Business Models ManagerJob Description
Responsible for enabling business transformation by defining and supporting the operational processes related to new business models by working collaboratively across multiple businesses and functions and by providing leadership to project teams.
Your role:
Provide daily matrixed leadership of project teams responsible for deploying new business models in the North America region
Serve as a key North America business partner for new business models to each Philips business segment and function
Act as the end-to-end business process expert for new business models from a process, data, and system perspective for market-to-order, order-to-cash, and service processes by collaborating with domain-specific capability experts and mastering upstream/downstream implications of any new process
Use lean and other data-driven approaches to drive quality and operational efficiencies
Ensure patient safety and quality and compliance with Philips General Business Principles
This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of proven success in business/operations, supply chain, service delivery, IT, finance, or similar commercial role
You’ve demonstrated influence, leadership, and accountability in a complex/matrixed environment
You have the ability to define, document, standardize, and control end-to-end processes related to new business models
You have the ability to use data to identify problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions
You have strong knowledge of one or more of the following systems preferred: Salesforce.com, SAP, ServiceMax
You have experience designing, supporting, and influencing new commercial business models (e.g. XaaS, complex financing, innovative service approaches, etc.) in collaboration with multiple business segments preferred
You’re a solid oral and written communicator and have a Bachelor’s degree
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
