Job Description

The Service Project Manager within the Service PMO team represents IGTD S&SD on various integration and transformation programs and projects. This critical role will be a key interface between IGTD Service, Philips Central Teams, and the rest of the IGTD business.

Your role:

• Build partnerships with the program/project’s stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and influence and negotiate practical solutions.
• Lead and coordinate program/project activities, including driving cross-functional support with the IGTD Leadership team to ensure projects are resourced appropriately.
• Work closely with central Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Business Process Experts (BPEs) to identify new capabilities to enable the IGTD business.
• Partner with IGTD functional leaders and subject matter experts to develop process solutions within the Philips tools while ensuring they meet the unique needs of IGTD.
• Drive tooling design sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure IGTD requirements are delivered in application release cycles.

• Located in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Engineering fields or equivalent experience

• Minimum five years of experience in Medical Device Industry
• Demonstrated experience supporting the deployment of ERP or CRM applications.
• Knowledge of Philips processes and operation of ServiceMax, Windchill, and SAP applications
• Knowledge of PM standards, including scoping, defining charters, setting key milestones, etc.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in field service/customer service preferred.
• Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Philips Transparency Details

The base pay range for this position is $74,750.00 to $138,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
