Job Description Summary
The Greenville Manufacturing Technical Support Leader will lead a technical support organization that encompasses Process Engineering, Industrialization, and Maintenance. This role will drive alignment with process and product (One Process One Product, 1P1P), Capacity Execution & Planning, Maintenance and support the lean organization in their line creation and moonshine efforts. This leader will lead the capacity team for future growth; provide oversight to the maintenance function to develop organizational capability to stabilize Operational Availability through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mean Time to Repair (MTTM), Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF), Spares Control, and 100% PM completion. In addition, lead the Industrialization teams to ensure product and process capability are aligned prior to manufacturing. This position will also support Lean from an automation perspective as well as drive a clear understanding of global standards and processes to ensure repeatability. This role will be critical toward enabling future growth through capacity, lean, process improvements, and standardization.Job Description
As the Greenville Manufacturing Technical Support Leader, you will:
- Lead overall direction and strategy in alignment with the Global Technical Support organization across technical support functions, including process engineering, capacity execution & planning, TPM Lean, digitization, process automation, and maintenance
- Lead the establishment of short term and long-range strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive SQDCC
- Strategically develop, coach, and motivate leaders to guide and support organizations for optimum day-to-day operations
- Ensure strong collaboration across cross-functional leaders to develop standards and meet requirements to deliver to our customers and achieve business outcomes
- Establish priorities with a clear focus on value stream execution, effective site read-across and communication, and the embodiment of the GE Vernova Way
- Leverage budgeting and regular planning, forecasting and SI&OP rhythms to drive the value stream to ensure that scheduling, capacity, and structure are aligned to ensure success
- Embody a global mindset to share best practices, and ensure standard work and a culture that activates read across items
- Champion talent development across the team, effectively following talent processes and investing in hiring, growth, succession, and a culture of inclusion
- Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all aspects of SQDC and compliance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $192,000 and $288,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
