In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing construction, architect, and engineering contracts, with applying facility requirements and military construction (MILCON) standards; AND independently preparing comprehensive acquisition strategies, drafting precise solicitations, and conducting rigorous pre-award negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms; AND Navigating formal source selection processes, evaluating technical and price proposals, and executing legally sound, high-value contract awards; AND Processing complex modifications, managing schedules, mitigating construction delays, and managing the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
