As a Field Replenishment Analyst for LiftOne, you will report into the newly developed Supply Chain team at LiftOne. You’ll partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand our current state, identify key pain points, and contribute to data / process optimization to promote the future state of the department. You will help support new supply chain initiatives in efforts to drive customer satisfaction.

The primary function of the Field Replenishment Analyst for field technician vans and storage location inventories (aka, Field Replenishment Analyst or “FRA”) is to optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of parts across the LiftOne network of mobile field technicians. The FRA will conduct in-depth analyses of field inventory-related data to optimize van stock levels, reorder points, reorder scheduling, stock transfers, and stock storage locations. The role involves the gathering, structuring, and interpretating of data from various sources, including but not limited to, customer requirements, inventory life cycle data, part usage analytics, lead times, material costs, van storage capacities, and financial impact drivers. To excel as a FRA, candidates must possess a combination of enhanced analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. A fundamental understanding of field operations and an enhanced mechanical acumen, or “tech-speak”, may also prove beneficial in this position. Technology will play a role in the work. Enterprise planning (ERP) tools and analytics tools, specifically SAP S4/HANA and MSFT Power BI, will be commonly used to gather, interpret, and maintain inventory-related data. Familiarity with these tools and the ability to adapt to a digitally transformative workplace will prove vital in this role.
