Executive Assistant II - Fleet Operations Division

The Fleet Operations Division of the Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual for an Executive Assistant position reporting to and supporting the Division Director to be based in Abilene, Amarillo, Atlanta, Austin, Beaumont, Bryan, Beaumont, Bryan, Childress, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Houston, Laredo, Lubbock, Lufkin, Odessa, Pharr, San Angelo, San Antonio, Tyler, Waco, or Wichita Falls. 

The Fleet Operations Division supports TxDOT’s mission in all 25 Districts across the state of Texas. As a result, this position helps with travel plans, calendar management, event planning, meeting attendance with travel around the state of Texas. This individual should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with leadership capabilities and exceptional ability with Microsoft Office applications.
