Job Summary

Responsible for leading a high-performing data team, overseeing strategic analytics initiatives, and delivering actionable insights across construction, design, serviceability and damage prevention operations. Ensures data accuracy, operational alignment, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role and team are based in our Denver (Englewood) office; it is not approved for virtual or remote hire. We are unable to provide sponsorship for the future.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a skilled team of analysts & engineers, aligning resources effectively to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee complex data projects, advanced analytics, and the delivery of timely insights to operational stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operations teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Prioritize and manage analytics initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Foster innovation by exploring and integrating new techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Lead discussions with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
  • Advise on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business stakeholders can be completed.
  • Oversee analyzation of large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
  • Review and communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decisionmakers.
  • Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and apply them to business challenges.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience leading analytics teams, including demonstrated success in project management and delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data modeling techniques. Familiarity with Python and predictive analytics or machine learning techniques strongly preferred. Jira ticketing system experience a plus.
