We're looking for talented professionals to join our Ann Arbor office location - home to the Nutshell team! Nutshell is an award-winning CRM and email marketing platform, and as of 2022, WebFX and Nutshell have officially joined forces. About the Job
As a Jr. SaaS Project Manager, you’ll team up with the talented developers and designers on the Nutshell Product Team to help us launch new features and capabilities within the Nutshell CRM platform. We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring a high level of attention to detail and a strong passion for application useability - we'll provide the technical training through our onboarding program!
In This Role, You'll Get To...
-Perform business analysis, discovery and research-Prepare Jira issues to meet our definition of ready prior to sprint kickoffs-Maintain Requirements documents and change log for projects-Coordinate projects amongst a team of software engineers-Manage and update stakeholders on progress and deadlines-Support the GTM with help doc articles and marketing materials-Tactfully spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back against unfeasible ideas, and offer best-practice alternatives-Interpret and synthesize user requirements definitions based on customer interviews-Maintain a high threshold for quality by consistently delivering good products and by successfully creating and following solid test plans
