POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Senior Manager, Technical Project Management, is a vital role that drives the seamless execution of complex projects, making a significant impact on our organization. With a focus on strategic innovation and renovation, this role ensures the efficient and flawless delivery of key initiatives. Leading cross-functional project teams, the Senior Manager achieves project-defined success criteria and meets critical business needs. By overseeing the end-to-end project management process, this role ensures strategic alignment across functions.

In addition, the Senior Manager provides leadership to a team of direct reports, guiding and supporting them to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of projects from start to finish. With a keen focus on resource allocation, the Senior Manager optimizes project outcomes and supports our organization's strategic goals. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Project Management:

• Apply project manage tool and skills to ensure the on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery of projects with flawless execution from concept to launch
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring, controlling and closing projects
• Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk and mitigation plans
• Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed-upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, financial reviews, lessons learned, post-launch reviews, and additional meeting as required
• Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members, project management leadership, and senior management as needed
• Escalate and inform the appropriate level in a timely manner to address critical issues and ensure project success
