Senior Manager, Accounts Payable (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to oversee the entire accounts payable process, including both vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements and supervise accounts payable staff.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely within the US.

Primary Duties:

• Set up and onboard new vendors into various systems and ongoing management of vendors, including weekly payment batches and resolving vendor questions or requests
• Supervise and assist staff in properly processing transactions, coding to the general ledger and employee reimbursements, as well as monthly vendor accruals
• Manage credit card program, including monthly reconciliation of the corporate credit card statements
• Lead / partner on various ad hoc projects (e.g. purchase requisition implementation, system integration for M&A, year end IRS reporting requirements, etc.) 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of experience with management of vendor payments for multiple subsidiaries
• Tipalti experience or other similar accounts payable automation system experience required
• 5 years people management experience

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

• Astute attention to detail
• Healthcare/SaaS experience 
• NetSuite experience
• Public company experience

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required
