Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client has an exciting opportunity for Project Managers.

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Project Managers (Business Insights and Presentation Creation) to support a project with one of our clients in their Clinical Trial Patient Engagement Team. This role is essential in driving project success through strong project management, metrics tracking, and effective presentation creation. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing timelines, providing insights through data analysis, and communicating progress to leadership in a clear and impactful way. 

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved. Managing budgets and overall project deliverables. Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks. 
Metrics & Insights Generation: Track project performance using data and metrics, generating actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. Create reports that highlight progress and identify opportunities for improvement. 
Presentation Creation: Design and develop impactful executive-level presentations (decks) that communicate project progress, demonstrate control of business objectives, and highlight key milestones. 
Team Initiative Coordination: Monitor team initiatives and tasks, ensuring all are completed within set timelines. Proactively manage resources, risks, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes. 
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and timelines. Foster a transparent, collaborative environment across departments. 
Regulatory Compliance: E nsuring adherence to industry regulations and best practice for clinical trial operations or ERP implementations.

Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharma, focusing on business insights, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and project deliverables in a regulated environment using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
7+ years of experience in stakeholder communication, including executive presentations, regulatory compliance strategies, and risk mitigation.
5+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI) and data analysis for tracking KPIs in life sciences.
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, clinical trial operations, or ERP implementations within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector; PMP certification (completed or in progress) preferred.
