About You

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Operations to manage the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations. We are looking for an objective focused leader, with experience in fast paced environments to ensure the supply chain is running smoothly and efficiently while meeting overall company objectives.  This position will own the execution of our Material Resource Planning. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supply chain supporting all channels- DTC, Retail, and Amazon
• Works with Supply Planner to oversee all production and manufacturing to ensure on time and in full delivery and maintaining Days of Supply 
• Manage and oversee finished good, component and raw ingredient inventory and hold at appropriate safety stock levels
• Manage high level communication with Supply Chain Director and escalate issues accordingly
• Maintains overall inventory strategy and material planning to ensure production is managed 3-6 months in advance
• Works with Demand Planner to execute monthly forecasts by SKU
• Manage the production, timelines and execution of new product launches by working closely with sourcing and product development
• Maintains professional and efficient supplier relationships while holding vendors accountable for hitting deadlines
• Will assist in managing the finance models, accounting processes, and monthly reconciliations
• Works collaboratively with marketing to understand upcoming promos and ensure there is supply to support ad buys.
• Works collaboratively with finance and ops to understand key metrics to develop ideas and strategies to improve cost efficiencies and aid business performance. 
• Exhibits exceptional communication, follow through, leadership and organizational skills
• Displays the ability to make smart and quick decisions and an understanding of how those decisions affect the business in the short and long term

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related degree
• 5-7 years of related experience
• 1-2 years of experience managing people
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Suite experience 
• Excellent understanding of supply chain operations and systems
• Experience with inventory management practices
• Entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred:

• Startup and/or high-growth company experience 

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.Salary Range:$110,000—$120,000 USD
